Your SimplyFSBO Guru will contact you to schedule the professional photography & 3D capture of your property. They will also begin collecting information to create your professional listing presentation.
3. Home Value Estimate
A comparative market analysis (like appraisal) will be prepared on your home by a licensed real estate professional to determine your home’s value. A suggested list price and customized pricing strategy will also be provided to help you sell for the most money.
4. Online Marketing Campaign
When your listing advertisement is ready, your SimplyFSBO Guru will launch the online marketing campaign to make your home visible on Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, and SimplyFSBO.com. While your home is active, your SimplyFSBO Guru will guide you through the entire process and can answer most FSBO related questions.
5. Showings & Offers
Buyers will contact you directly for showings. You and potential buyers can use our one page, easy to use, fill in the blank ‘Start An Offer’ form to negotiate and clearly spell out the terms of the agreement.
6. Showings & Offers
When you and the buyer have reached an agreement, we will connect you to a real estate attorney to take over, write up the official contract, get signatures, and close the deal
