Suggested List Price
Pricing is a key component to getting an offer within a reasonable time. Homes priced at market value receive more calls, showings, and sell much faster. We’ve partnered with a licensed, experienced, and local real estate professional to provide sellers with a CMA (similar to an appraisal) of your home and provide a suggested list price. Available upon request for no extra charge.
We provide you with large yard signs, open house signs, & direction signs. Our signs are bright red, highly visible, & double sided, and will be sure to get your home noticed by neighborhood traffic. Sellers can borrow our signs for no charge, we only ask that you take care of them and return when you sell.
Facebook & Social Media
Once your listing is active, we’ll blast your listing to our massive Facebook following and let buyers know your home is for sale. We will also create a custom Facebook & Instagram ad for your listing that gets your home in front of thousands of additional LOCAL Facebook users.
Real Estate Connections
When you have found a buyer, we can connect you to preferred real estate attorneys to write up the offer, hold the earnest money, prepare the title work, and close the deal. We can also connect you to Lenders, Home Inspectors, & Real Estate Agents to help buyers purchase your house. All of these services are optional.
3D Showing & Floor Plans (Add-on)
Our 3D showings literally lets prospective buyers navigate through your entire home in 3D. It’s like having an open house availability 24 hours a day but you don’t need to clean the house. If a real estate agent is writing the offer, make sure they cross-out the line about “buyer agrees to list home with licensed agent” BEFORE presenting to the seller and you’ll be able to sell FSBO.
