SimplyFSBO’s virtual business model will continue to operate and provide exceptional service during these difficult & uncertain times. We are always open, will continue to help sellers get offers, and you can still call, text, or email us with any questions and we will respond insanely fast. As an online real estate marketing company, operating virtually is our forte and what we do. 

In compliance with recommendations from local Departments of Health & Human Services, we are suggesting the following safety precautions to limit the spread of COVID-19.

To limit interactions & promote social distancing, direct potential buyers to the SimplyFSBO website to view professional photos and 3D showings.

  • Our professional real estate photos cover almost every visible inch of the property. Buyers should only setup private showings if they are pre approved and considering making an offer.
  • 3D showings are the best way to keep social distance and allow buyers to walk through the entire house without entering the home. 
  • If, as a seller, you have not signed up for the 3D showings, consider also utilizing FaceTime, Zoom, or other virtual meet service to show your home virtually.
  • We do not recommend open houses at during this time.

Professional photography & 3D Showings are still the best practice to sell your home quickly. During your photography appointment we ask that the seller. 

  • Please try to limit people in the home during the appointment to 1-2 people.
  • Our photographer is not rude – but he will not be shaking your hand; he will be avoiding contact with the seller and limiting himself to a distance of 6 feet.
  • If the home is vacant let the photographer in and wait outside.

In person showings

  • Make sure buyers have seen the home online before setting up a showing, this will limit traffic to only those interested & vetted buyers.
  • Provide buyers with hand sanitizer before and after the showings.
  • Limit the amount of people in the home to 2.
  • Avoid making contact with buyers, and try to keep a distance of 6 feet.
  • Make sure to wipe down surfaces before and after showings.
  • If the home is vacant, open the home for the buyer but do not enter with them.

Offers should be negotiated & signed electronically. Our professional network, including lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals, have the tools to operate virtually. Limit human interaction only when necessary. 

  • Negotiate offers electronically with the provided “start an offer form”, email or text. 
  • Provide disclosures electronically. 
  • Sign all documents electronically.
